We are a Section 42 Tax Credit Property, which means we have income restrictions with set rents. We are accepting applications for the following:2 bedroom, 1 bath $550 per month, $500 security deposit3 bedroom, 2 bath $600 per month, $500 security deposit3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse, $650 per month, $600 security deposit4 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse, $700 per month, $600 security depositOnly approved service animals allowed with documentation.Office Hours are Monday-Friday, 8am to 2pm.

Qualifications: Do you qualify to live here?
To qualify for low income housing in Nevada, you must meet the following income requirements:

Your household income must be below 80% of the area median income (AMI). The AMI is updated annually by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and varies by county.

You must have a valid Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).

You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.
