You must have a valid Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).

You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.

      User Response: $1200-$1500 and rent goes up every year. They say they have rent programs but they don’t go by that price range. People are having hard time paying their rent .

      User Response: The waiting list never moves I’ve been on there since 2014 never got a call about an updated. The list hasn’t moved since 2012 so they say

      User Response: There ok. They don’t fix anything when you call weeks to a month later just to see what’s going on. The stairs and falling to pieces kitchen and laundry area need to be updated.
