      User Response: Not really, to my knowledge a big leak and clog in between the drainage system was badly leaking with foul fungus smell and after si many year it took them 6 months to repair and the old appliance, tear and wear in any thing that consist with the apartment, when damaged it takes very long to get repairs done or fix and the repairs are charged to the Seniors tenants. Not fair.
