Your household income must be below 80% of the area median income (AMI). The AMI is updated annually by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and varies by county.

You must have a valid Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).

You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.

    I'm looking for immediate housing with a budget of $600-$650 with some or all utilities paid. Washer/dryer in unit would be nice.

    Many apartments were never finished and repairs have not been done. Over 2 years after opening, appliances not working correctly, and nothing has been done to service them. Mold is in the building and in apartments. Repairs are non-existent. Some residents smoke and do drugs in their apartments. The same residents have daily and evening foot traffic for 5-10 minuets. They let dirty homeless people stay night after night. Dogs use the hallways for a bathroom on every floor. The building stinks. Do not move here!
