User Response: Yes I'm familiar. I live here. There's been a lot of changes since I moved in 8 years ago that I'm not happy about. They took away smoking. Now us older people have to go 25 feet away from the building. We used to be able to sit on our patios have our coffee and cigarette. When I rented this place it was a smoking facility.. until one lady moved in later was suing the place because some of us smoke. That's not right. I would like to have what I paid for when I moved in. I love living here. It's a beautiful place to live. Comfortable and no problem. The only thing is in front of our apartments. The trees need to be taken care of and weed eat it during the summer time. I go out and I pull all the weeds from three apartments and that is not my job.

User Response: Water comes back into apts creating dampness all year long
