You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.

      User Response: It is a pretty nice place, the neighbors there might be a little on the loud side, I've walked by and noticed a very strong smell of weed, wasn't a huge fan. The view of the place is nice though, and it has a big area for your kids to play around!
