User Response: This property is destroying the community and turned into a housing project style apartment complex without any notice to the community. This place needs a police precinct. The residents in here ruin the neighborhood and once they close this 54 year old apartment complex the area may actually be worth something. Maybe the schools will get better. 100% projects never worked anywhere they hang out at the liquor store all day, close this mess.
