People put food down the garbage disposal, it is coming up people's bath tubs and bath room sink and bath room toilet. Put your food in the garbage can and take it to the trash shoot room. The elevators need to be took out and new up to date elevators put in because are always broke. The washers and dryers down stairs are always broke. They need to put in new appliances and put in walk in tub and showers for these tenants because they are elderly and have a hard time getting into the tubs. The heating and air conditioning units need to be completely took out the box the unit.

Please start paying attention to the smoke alarms and fire alarms because i had to call the fire department last night because a fire on the 6th floor and could have been a lot worst and this whole place could have went up in flames. I have a big heart and made sure that the lady living in the apartment was ok because things can be replaced but lives can not. And please check on your neighbors every day because there are ambulance here constantly either some one going to the hosptial or people passing away. Please have a big enough heart to care about your neighbors and constantly check on them. See if they need any thing. Go to the stores for them. See if they need medications picked up. Or groceries. Or laundary washed and dryed. Thete apartment cleaned. But if you hear the smoke alarms and fire alarms going off please help your neighbors and evacuate the building because one of these times you all are not going to tale them seriously and i do not want to see some one pass away from a fire in this building. Because we are going to have a hard time getting people out of these apartments that can not walk or csn not hear because people are deaf.
