User Response: The rent is a HUD housing program. I believe it's 30% of your income and I think there also is a utility allowance. They also do consider medically necessary out of pocket expenses but you must have receipts to show you paid for the item, they confirm with your physician, and I think it has to be over $400.00 a year for them to use it. The manager here would be one to ask this. If you cannot reach her you can leave a message and she will call you back when she can. The office is closed on Fridays.
