In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.

      User Response: I AM familiar with this location. Unfortunately, this is a HOUSING project, the address is for a HOUSE not an apartment, and there are ZERO references to this place anywhere on the net, except for in Portland Oregon. RUDE! Portland is NOT Vancouver.
