In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.

      User Response: Been here over 7 years. You have to expect ups and downs no matter where you live. I am blessed to say lot more ups than downs. Management really cares for the residents here, but don’t misunderstand, bad behaviors, dirty homes=eviction

      User Response: I have been here 6 years come this January. Glenwood is an older property so it has a few problems but they work very hard to keep it up so we have comfortable living conditions.

    I am inquiring if you have any openings for a one bedroom. I am 56 years old and in dire need of housing. I have till aug. 1st 2020 to find a place to live. Thank you for your time.

    I live there back in the early. 2004. The place wasnt very clean. I had a apartment on the first floor. My apartment. Was. Infested with fleas. The lady across the hall had roaches. Was glad to get. Out of there.
