You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.

    Looking for a 1 bedroom apt asap thats accepting section 8. I'm currently on disability not and issue to pay just would like friendly quiet place and well trained staff that could keep me in as long as needed.
