- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.

      User Response: New management obviously has been trained in building maintenance, but there are a lot of gaps, and she's not bright enough to fill them in. New maintenance mostly likes to b.s. with the old ladies and talk on the phone, setting up side jobs.
