      User Response: Apartments are randomly checked for pests. Only treated if found. No regular maintenance to keep pets at bay is done.

      User Response: Only one service animal allowed, must have service certification before pet will be considered. Office must meet and approve said animal and extra deposit as well as monthly fees apply.

      User Response: Baseboard hot water heat, trash, water expense all included. Tenant pays electric, any phone and cable. Building allows mainly charter. Att&t service is run on old wiring due to maintenance giving limited access to their box.

      User Response: Supposed to be a secure building. Fire escape door does not lock after being opened. Many homeless visit overnight.

      User Response: I lived there 8 yrs. Recently moved because of the Bed Bug infestation, has become very unsafe and housekeeping terrible.
