You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.

      User Response: It's ok. Apt leasing lady is not nice. Generally it's a quite place. Don't need any maintenance done though. Never have a FT person. Orders take months to do. They advertise they do community things buts it always while most of us are working or getting off getting kids from school, etc.
