      User Response: Yes pretty much safe . But alot of heavy construction going on . Parking is very limited and always somewhere u cannot go . Alot of big trucks and heavy construction is always around . Noise 24/7. Even on weekends sometimes . They changed all doors on the apartments the front door . It uses a magnectic key instead of a regular key . So the key is tracked in the office . So when the key is tracked

      User Response: Yes with a deposit . They have to be potty trained outside and always on a lease when outside.

      User Response: Water . Is the only utilites but they also include a dishwasher. Microwave , fridge, and washing machines in some units . Washing machines cost extra .

      User Response: Yes . Well there is no privacy and u can get in troubke for stupid reasons . Its ok other than that. Parking is limiyed and they cannot gibe u a parking spot for ur car so u have to be lucky to have one . Not alot of room in parking area due to trailers .
