Mgmt is unprofessional. Tenants are allowed to bully other tenants without consequences. This property is poorly maintained & managed. The doors don’t fit properly which leads to higher utility bills. The laundry facilities are a joke. There’s 3 washers and only 1 works. The stress level here has deteriorating my health further. It’s not a peaceful safe living environment.

Was in a much better head space and physical health before i moved there. Has caused serious set backs mentally and still trying to figure out what all that black on my walls and air filters was. Plus marathon showers 3. 35 seconds no hot water. Plus the electric bill for that studio apt was 80 or more every month. Was tild it was spikes. Electric company even said something was off. Now won't talk to me about my account. Have to get a lawyer for some reason. Ten days electric usage was $52. 00 no one there just a light burning. Needs better employees. Caught new pest control man pucking something out of a box on video. Harassment, calling law every time i come home or have company. So much more.
