You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.

      User Response: No, they were notified of a stalker in the premises, a neighbor obtained an injunction and their corporate office was notified of this and they have not done anything to protect the victim resident. An elderly recently widowed woman who lives alone with a miniature dog.

      User Response: very familiar, my mother is the victim of stalking and for the past 3 months has been the imprisoned in her own home to avoid being harassed by her neighbor who lives less than 200 ft away from her. Her injunction is for 500 ft. The corporate office was notified and the man remains on the premises and continues stalking my mother. I have not choice but to relocate her for her own protection.
