Southridge is a Senior Public Housing Community built in 1941 that has a total of 148 apartments and also provides residents with an Elder Care Service Manager. The residents of Southridge have access to many activities such as concerts, museum trips, lectures, language classes and translation services as well as congregate meal programs. This community is owned and operated by the West Palm Beach Housing Authority and there may be a waiting list for rentals.
