User Response: Yes and no I would not recommend living here it's all about money they make not the tenants and their needs! Dirty hallways and grounds around the place no play ground left but the swing set that they now took the last 2 swings off so the kids have nothing to play on at all! Trash is always over flowing in parking lot and large furniture there constantly! So much gossiping going on with tenants and management the cleaning lady told my private business to another tenant in the parking lot that I didn't even know about yet it's how I found out! Alot of looking the other way for most tenants but they single out some people and its a constant battle of hearing rumors about yourself that are not true and termination notices! The cops knocking on on your door and demanding to come in and look around because they got a call that there's a disturbance or asking you where someone is that you dont even know and if they think you are lieing they threaten you with getting the manager and coming in anyway and you facing automatic eviction!! Mold in the vents and in bathrooms under the linoleum that they lay over the old , ants off and on in bathroom and dining room living room kitchen ! Used to have monthly pest control but that hasnt happened for over a year now they come 2 times in a year now , used to paint the walls in the hallways every 2months or so to now its been a year and a half. Manager never there works at another complex owned by the same company and is there more often. I've never had lice in my 40+yrs of life and none of my older 3 kids have ever had it either but my 7yr old has had it 3times since moving in here in Feb 2o18
