Elm Grove Gardens offers affordable family housing. The complex has been subsidized by the Housing and Urban Development Division. The complex is conveniently located near the Baton Rouge airport, right off of interstate 110, and within a ten minute drive of Anna Jordan Park.

You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.
