Diamond Hill Subsidized Townhomes is a HUD Apartment. HUD residents usually pay 30% of their gross income for rent. Diamond Hill Townhomes is located in South Minneapolis, about five minutes from Mall of America and the airport. Each townhome has its own furnace, and many have updated kitchen, bathrooms and carpeting. There is off-street parking, and garages (including a garage door opener) are available to rent. There are central laundry rooms with clean, efficient machines. Diamond Hill has 24 hour maintenance staff for all maintenance needs. There is a large playground area including picnic benches and barbecue grills for resident use. Bossen Park is located within walking distance of the property. Call the site office with questions and information regarding the waiting list.

You must have a valid Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).

You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.
