We are a HUD-subsidized apartment building, conveniently located in the heart of Nashwauk, MN, that offers safe, carefree living to Seniors 62+ and persons with a doctor verifiable disability or handicap.

Our amenities include onsite parking, onsite laundry, library, fitness room and a community room equipped with a kitchen that is home to a flu-shot clinic every Autumn, free tax preparation every Spring and various get-togethers and karaoke parties throughout the year. Deering Manor is a great place to call home!!
