Dart Gardens offers 54 units of various sizes, including: one bedroom flats with living room and galley kitchen, $605 monthly rent; two bedroom townhouses with eat-in kitchen and full basement, for $705 monthly rent; three bedroom townhouses with eat-in kitchen, full basement, and 1.5 bath, $795 monthly rent. Community meeting rooms are also open to residents. This project has been mortgaged by and received preservation grants through HUD.

Qualifications: Do you qualify to live here?
To qualify for low income housing in Connecticut, you must meet the following income requirements:

Your household income must be below 80% of the area median income (AMI). The AMI is updated annually by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and varies by county.

You must have a valid Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).

You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.

    Is their any 2bedrooms sect8 townhouses available? Is anything including? Thanks. I'm ready to move just to get another moving package. The other apartment didn't work out rent was to high for 2bedrooms. Thanks. Have bless safe day.
