In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.

      User Response: I’ve lived here about two years with my ‘pa. Pretty nice place to live! Friendly place with different buildings looking identical, each having eight apartment “houses”... A playground for children and a basketball court around one of the corners. “Backyard area for some of the buildings. Also there is mail spot for your own mail. It looks like commerical mailbox
