Craigmont Place Apartments is a beautiful property on 13.5 acres in West Springfield. The park like setting offers plenty of green spaces and many shade trees. The property is adjacent to a city park and is close to schools, churches, shopping and the Boys and Girls Club. The city bus stop is nearby. The almost mile long sidewalk around the property offers walking enthusiast a nice trail. There are benches and 2 picnic areas for taking a relaxing break. Craigmont Place Apartments offers 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and 2 and 3 bedroom houses. Each unit has been nicely renovated with carpet and tiled flooring and offers washer/dryer hookups, refrigerator and stove.The Management Office is onsite. Applications are available upon request.

- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.
