Countryside Village - Affordable Community is a HUD Apartment. HUD residents usually pay 30% of their gross income for rent. Countryside has 118 apartments, of which 117 are affordable and one is market-rate. There are 12 one-bedroom apartments, 52 two-bedroom apartments, and 54 three-bedroom apartments. There is a laundry room in each building. Residents are allowed one cat per household; only service dogs are allowed.

Amenities include a regulation size basketball court, a playground, and picnic and grilling areas. Countryside offers a community center staffed by a full-time Residence Services Coordinator.

Your household income must be below 80% of the area median income (AMI). The AMI is updated annually by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and varies by county.

You must have a valid Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).

You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.
