Stay away unless u want tension filled days w/no peace of mind... Never knowing from one day to the next what is going to happen... Have had 3 rent increases in less then a year and are getting ready to raise again and are inconsiderate as to ur medical expenses because it just isn’t enough for a lower rent concession... Rules made as they go and u r treated like a child and are reprimanded for any li’ thing... Like wanting to buy a screen for a window just to let fresh air in... Was going to get wrote up but the window had been nailed shut of which they were aware... Smokers also have the right of way... Live next to very heavy smoker who never leaves her apt and it oozes into my apt and now i am developing a bad second hand smokers cough... We are innocent lambs being led to slaughter with construction crews every where getting ready to completely re-do every apt of which no one wants... People want to sign a petition, get a lawyer, live in their cars rather then go thru this... Save yourselves the heartache and run the other way... It is run by dalmark who also runs the cathedral downtown which is entirely roach infested... It is all elder abuse and not one person cares... We are at their mercy of which there is none shown... The elder are discarded like garbage...
