There are many units here that are empty, many residents smoke on the property and sadly most of them do not believe in ashtrays and they will throw the butts into your yard, there are even tenants who smoke near the laundry facility leaving their butts outside the door. Pets are allowed. Everyone on the property has a key to their out side storage closet. They hire people to mow yards with weeds and dead grass and they do not use attachments to collect the debris and they do not pick up the debris left behind. If you have worked in your yard to get rid of the dead grass and weeds and seed your yard they will destroy it even when you ask them not to. They do not provide vent or carpet cleaning services , they tell you you have to pay out of pocket for those services. They have not passed inspections legally for years. They do not replace furnaces that are duct taped which is obviously flammable and places a filter with no place to put it. Wood is rotting away in kitchen cabinets. They use old used rags to clean the laundry facility instead of purchasing clorox wipes and posts notices about covid. They do not have up to date posters such as osha. When people are illegally entering into your apartment and you ask the leasing office for a copy of your lease, you are denied that right. When you reach out to omaha hud and the other hud offices , they state they are not in the jurisdiction and do not have information of what office to contact regarding these issues. Health and human services will also ignore your reports.
