Silvertree Seniors Chattanooga Apartments is a 125-unit High-rise apartment community in the Northeast of Chattanooga, TN. The property stands alone among the quiet woodlands South of Harrison Bay and the surrounding neighborhoods. Built in 1984 and modernized in 2007, Silvetree Chattanooga is a well-built and well-maintained community for seniors ages 62 and over. The property is set back from Highway 58 on a private drive, offering convenient access to one of Chattanooga's main thoroughfares, and all the same sheltering the community from the noise of passing traffic with a thicket of trees. A large gazebo guards the porte-cochere to our main entrance, offering residents a peaceful setting to enjoy the outdoors and manicured landscape. The property consists of a single 9-story building, and features 2 floor plans for residents to choose from. We offer spacious 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with convenient access to a number of onsite amenities, including a community room, pull cords, a resident transport vehicle, and laundry facilities. We have a controlled access system, as well as private and secure off-street parking, a sophisticated video camera system and a Social Service Coordinator to plan events and help meet the individual needs of our residents. Silvertree Seniors Chattanooga Apartments offers its residents excellent accommodations, a professional on site staff, 24-hour emergency maintenance response and a great place to call home.
