You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.

      User Response: Some Neighbors are very disturbing to the other tenants. I called and tried to talk to the landlord she has not done anything. I’m definitely taking legal action. The landlord is one sided and not willing to assist. I will be filing a complaint today.

    I would like to rent 3 bed, 2 bath immediately. I have a 26 year old daughter and a 22# dog. I don’t make much money. I have a part time job. I have worked there since 7/16. I’m looking into low income housing.
