Cedar Glen is a HUD Apartment. HUD residents usually pay 30% of their gross income for rent. - You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.
