      User Response: one year, with a good record, prior convictions are not an automatic rejection. Myself & others come from homeless transitional housing

      User Response: yes very safe we are lucky, and downtown where crime is not tolerated. The state capital Bldingis 4 blocks away

      User Response: dogs up 23 inches is one primary guideline I remember, or a cat. managment is very good in solving our needs exception made with for medical note, even for mental health companion pets needs, a blessing and worth a little wiggle room, pets are not a problem here other than a loud yappy dog outside at times
