You must have a valid Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).

You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.

      User Response: Yes, its gated and people here have to have a background check to move in. Its mostly families with children.

      User Response: Management is nice, area is safe. Price is less than market rate but apartments are old outdated and ugly inside. There is washer and dryer hook ups but they made them in accessible due to issues with the sewer system not being updated enough to use them. Instead you are stuck using the expensive laundry room where the power flips on and off during your wash cycles. Over all its a safe, clean place to live. More affordable than other places and management is good. Just be prepared for old and outdated.
