The result of a visionary partnership between MidPen Housing and the City of Fremont, Stevenson Terrace will provide 80 low-income working families with new, affordable rental homes in Fremonts Central District. Located in close proximity to Fremonts Central Park, Stevenson Terrace will be an integral part of a vibrant mixed-use, mixed-income neighborhood that also includes new market-rate housing. With the Fremont BART station, AC Transit and the VTA lines just a few blocks away, Stevenson Terrace residents will have easy to public transportation and will be able to walk to shopping, nearby parks, and many other community amenities. The community also offers onsite amenities such as a community room, computer lab, childrens playground area, secured bike storage, resident storage areas, and private covered porches or balconies with views of the surrounding hills. Stevenson Terrace will employ several green features, including: a solar hot water system, rooftop solar energy panels, energy-efficient appliances, and drought-tolerant landscaping.

Qualifications: Do you qualify to live here?
To qualify for low income housing in California, you must meet the following income requirements:

Your household income must be below 80% of the area median income (AMI). The AMI is updated annually by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and varies by county.

You must have a valid Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).

You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.

    I looked for apartment i am single mother of 3 minors i look for place for my kids and i i work and i take care my self my 3 children i only ask for healthy place and safe for my little one's.
