You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.

    Good afternoon, i would like to know more about this. Is this for only seniors? I have 2 kids and i am in a toxic household and wanting to know more about how much i would possibly pay a month. Annually i make $40,000
