The Azalea is a newly constructed affordable housing development featuring 61 units. Among these, there are thirty-one (31) supportive housing apartments tailored to accommodate formerly homeless households and families. The City of Los Angeles Housing Authority (HACLA) will provide rental subsidies for these supportive housing units. Additionally, one unit is allocated for on-site property management staff, while two units are reserved for homeless displaced tenants due to property sale. The remaining twenty-seven (27) apartments are intended for individuals and families with incomes below 30% or 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Accessible units are also available for individuals requiring accessibility features.
