  • 2. Get all of your documentation in order: When you apply for low income housing, you will need to provide documentation of your income, assets, and household composition. This documentation may include tax returns, pay stubs, bank statements, and birth certificates.

User Response: No!!! At last count there were 37 property light bulbs burned out and maintenance does nothing to replace them. It’s dark and unsafe. Strangers off property walk around looking for units to break into. We’ve had several break ins and still maintenance does not replace Very badly needed lighting.

  • Are Pets allowed? Please let us know any details.

    • Sunday, December 1, 2019

User Response: Pets are not supposed to be allowed but everyone lies about their dogs being service dogs and there is poop left all over the grounds. It’s so bad the kids can’t play on the grass without stepping in dog poop everywhere!

User Response: No they are not!

  • Are you familiar with this location? What is your opinion of it?

    • Sunday, December 1, 2019

User Response: Very badly run. They charge residents for wear and tear items that should be repaired by maintenance as simple wear and tear. The maintenance guy is very dishonest and talks down to all residents. He lies to management about needed repairs.

The lights on property are never replaced. Maintenance staff is awful. The only time the property appears decent is when there is a scheduled inspection.
