The Rosslyn Lofts is a mixed income community in the heart of the hip historic core of downtown. The property is located just 3 blocks from pershing square metro station. All units are newly renovated.

The newly renovated Rosslyn Lofts is a mixed income community, a concept which has been especially successful in New York. The top three floors offer 38 larger market rate lofts and the remaining floors below are made up of 259 income qualified affordable Micro-Lofts®.

The market rate lofts range in size from approximately 600 - 1,300 SF with rents starting as low as $1200/month and include a parking space.

Qualifications: Do you qualify to live here?
To qualify for low income housing in California, you must meet the following income requirements:

Your household income must be below 80% of the area median income (AMI). The AMI is updated annually by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and varies by county.

You must have a valid Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).

You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.
