his sixty-three unit, six story multi-family apartment complex has studios, one and two bedroom apartments. It is 100% dedicated to affordable housing and funded in part by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Amenities include an elevator, a recently renovated on-site laundry room and on-site assigned parking. It is only minutes away from the Downtown Yonkers waterfront district, the new Yonkers public library, and the Hudson River museum. Transportation is easily accessible to Manhattan via Metro north, and Bee-line Bus service.
