Completed in 1971, Lesley Terrace was built in partnership with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development [HUD].
A four-story facility, Lesley Terrace has 138 studio apartments; 12 studio-alcoves; and 14 one-bedroom units.
60 of our units provide rent subsidies to residents through the HUD Project-Based Section 8 Rental Assistance Program.
Lesley Terrace provides housing and a meal program*, and a Social Service Coordinator is available during regular business hours as a resource to residents who feel they need help locating appropriate supportive services within the community.
Management Staff is on site during regular business hours, and a Resident Manager is on duty after hours.
Lesley Terrace has an active Residents Association with a voice in residential community affairs.
