Bond House Senior Affordable housing Apartments is a HUD Apartment. HUD residents usually pay 30% of their gross income for rent. The rent amount, less approved HUD deductions such as medical and child care expenses, and other allowances, includes a utility allowance. HUD Residents also may choose to pay what is known as flat rent. The HACC works with applicants to determine which rent arrangement is best for them.

Bond House Apartments is a 75 unit HUD subsidized apartment complex for the Elderly (55+) or Disabled.

Rent is based on 30% of adjusted income and gas and water are paid.

Applications are accepted daily, Monday through Friday, 10:00am to 4:00pm. There is NO application fee.

Pet friendly community with spacious one bedroom apartments, equipped with in-unit washers and dryers, new kitchen appliances including a dishwasher.

Utilities are included and they have a community room with planned events, access to an elevator and much more.

You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.

      User Response: Yes, but they discriminate when an issue happens, like a person with fusibility who has a service dog they send it to pound if the owner goes to the hospital.
