Bellflower Terrace Senior Apartments is an affordable senior living community for ages 55 and better. Centrally located in the city of Bellflower, minutes from famed retail centers, and conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacy, gas stations, and the city's civic center.Our one bedroom one bath apartments currently rent for $977 with utilities included, and each apartment home affords a refrigerator, stove, garbage disposal, and AC/HV unit. Our wait list is currently open.Leasing office hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

You must have a valid Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).

You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.
