Atwood Housing Authority provides housing assistance to low income residents through the management of Low Rent Public Housing. This program is income based and the eligibility guidelines are set by HUD. You must have a valid Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).

You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
