      User Response: Yes you can. If a letter from a doctor is a possibility for a companion pet for mental health or you will have to pay a $300 one time fee. You must also in either case have the pet receive all shots.

    I do enjoy living here. Most of the people are nice. And it is not a rowdy appartment building.
