      User Response: $600

  • Are these apartments low income, sliding scale income based?

    • Monday, December 26, 2022

User Response: They are low income, but they don’t have to be. You can choose income based rent or flat rate rent. Income based goes by your income and they take a small percentage out to calculate. Flat rate rent is the max amount they can charge.

  • Do you know any waiting list details? Let us know..

  • Are these apartments safe? Please let us know details.

    • Monday, December 26, 2022

User Response: They are safe. Up to standards as the government is VERY strict on how you and they keep these apartments

  • Are Pets allowed? Please let us know any details.

    • Monday, December 26, 2022

User Response: Yes, but heavy limitations that make it almost impossible for low income individuals. $150 deposit, you have to take them to the vet to get them shots and show proof of that before bringing them to the apartments. You must change a flea collar every 3 months, and the “landlords” will need to “meet” your pets. Max amount is 2 pets. No animals over 20 lbs. No “aggressive” breeds. Only certain caged animals are allowed (also counting as the 2 max pet limit so don’t get any social caged animals such as rats or ferrets) Reptiles are not allowed due to “fire hazard”.

  • Which utilities are included in the rent?

    • Monday, December 26, 2022

User Response: Gas (if you go over you pay the difference) and water.

  • Are you familiar with this location? What is your opinion of it?

    • Monday, December 26, 2022

User Response: I’ve lived here nearly a year. The inspections are INSANE! I lost my deposit over putting thumbtacks in my wall…for reference, that deposit for me was $300. VERY strict and they have their nose and eyes all up in whatever you do, right down to your company…which by the way, they don’t enjoy you having company.
