In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.

      User Response: They will allow an Adult animal as long as u can provide a dr note/rx for a an emotional support animal. And they must be current on ALL vaccinations before allowed on premises. I have 2 shitzus but I am only allowed 1 per unit so my oldest one stays with my mom+dad often/commonly. And pet fee May apply.

      User Response: They don't fix anything. The apartments are not cleaned before they're rented. Try to charge tenants when things break even when its due to age, neglect (from previous tenants or mgmt), normal wear and tear...etc....
