- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.

      User Response: water,garbage. The trash dumpster has rats crawling around. dumpster smells disgusting , nasty, not emptied enough ! They store appliances right by dumpster.

    My uncle reported that 5 employees from management barged into a tenant apartment, during covid, for a bogus mandatory inspection. This is a total disregard for tenant physical and mental health. No respect was given to individual privacy or well being.

    Management never addressed a fire that was set in front of elevators. No escape plan or instructions. Residents live in anxiety and fear over mentally ill tenants who roam around cursing and menacing. Looks good but don't bre fooled as i was!
