A Section 236 property designed exclusively to house the elderly age 62 and older.
Palm Avenue Baptist Tower, located near downtown Tampa, provides subsidized housing for the elderly. This 16 story high-rise has a total of 199 units consisting of 168 contracted units under the Section 8 program. This site also functions as an Assisted Living Facility providing additional medical care to qualified residents. A Service Coordinator is on staff to assistant with the resident individual needs.
