      User Response: Absolutely not. Residents have been promised by management a secure building for years, nothing yet. Anyone can get in 24hrs.a day. They would like to refrain from homeless , along with anyone with no reason to be there. Many of the units have mold, only to be spayed over with kilz. They has been roaches reported on all floors of building. For months they go without air conditioning in hallway
